Out of your laughter,
Fall orange blossoms
And cover the fields
Of my heart.
Gladness, swift
Like a cascade of
Sparkling water,
Swallows me in its
delicious embrace.
A melody, pure
And joyous,
Whispers in my ears;
This life, isn’t it kind
And oh! beautiful?
